　Recently, Chinayong Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our Group") has discovered that some individuals in society have falsely passed themselves off as our Group - using the names of Chinayong Group, Chinayong Investment Group, or Chinayong Investment Group Co., Ltd. - to promote or sell financial products of various forms through online channels (including wealth management apps, WeChat groups, and QQ groups) via the Internet. Meanwhile, they have used promotional slogans such as "Invest in the Future - Chinayong is Your First Choice; Seize the Opportunity -Wealth is Your Top Priority; Golden Era, Universal Investment".

Our Group hereby issues this announcement to caution the public that our Group has never promoted, marketed, or sold any financial products of any kind. Members of the public are urged to exercise utmost vigilance to prevent being defrauded. If you have any questions or service needs, please consult and verify relevant information through the official channels of Chinayong Group.

No individual or entity shall, without prior authorization, falsely use the name of our Group to engage in illegal profit-making activities or any other unauthorized activities, nor use any information associated with our company for illegal promotion and sales. Failure to comply will result in our company pursuing legal liability against the relevant parties in accordance with applicable laws. As for those who have fraudulently used the name of our Group to promote or sell various forms of financial products through various online channels such as WeChat groups and QQ groups, our Group has filed a formal report with the Haidian Branch of the Beijing Public Security Bureau and requested that their legal liability be pursued.
