Chairman Li Yong Attended the Third Session of the 12th Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Was Awarded the Annual Outstanding Proposal Award

On January 11, the Third Session of the 12th Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was grandly opened at the Global Theater of Harbin International Conference Center. Chairman Li Yong returned to Harbin to attend the session as a Member of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the CPPCC. During the four and a half-day session, CPPCC members from all political parties, organizations, ethnic groups and walks of life across the province focused on the central work, focused on hot and difficult issues, earnestly fulfilled their duties, and actively made suggestions and contributions to promote the comprehensive and all-round revitalization of Heilongjiang. The session was presided over by Lv Weifeng, Vice Chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of  the CPPCC. Huang Jiansheng, Chairman of the Provincial CPPCC, and provincial leaders including Zhang Qingwei, Wang Wentao and Chen Haibo attended the session and took seats on the rostrum.The session was presided over by Lv Weifeng, Vice Chairman of the Provincial CPPCC. At the session, the “Proposal on Vigorously Promoting the Development of County-level Economy in Heilongjiang Province” put forward by Chairman Li Yong was awarded the title of Provincial Outstanding Proposal. Meanwhile, two suggestion documents written by Chairman Li Yong were all included in the Conference Speech Compilation. During the session, Chairman Li Yong was interviewed at length by mainstream media in the province such as Heilongjiang Daily. After the session, Chairman Li Yong also made a special trip to the building of the Group’s Heilongjiang Branch, where he met with and expressed condolences to the outstanding employee representatives of the branch across the province and delivered an impassioned speech, which greatly inspired the on-site employees’ enthusiasm for future work.
