As a Standing Committee Member of the CPPCC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Chairman of the General Chamber of Commerce of Heilongjiang Enterprises in Beijing, Li Yong, Chairman of Chinayong Group, pays close attention to the development of his hometown. On the afternoon of September 7, Zhao Rongguo, Standing Committee Member of the CPC Mudanjiang Municipal Committee (Heilongjiang Province) and Executive Vice Mayor of the Mudanjiang Municipal Government), along with Song Jingdong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Mudanjiang Municipal Government and Director of the Mudanjiang Economic &Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee, and his delegation, paid an inspection tour to Chinayong Group with the aim of deepeningmutual understanding and promoting cooperation with the Group. Due to pressing official duties, Chairman Li Yong entrusted Zhang Chunhu, Executive Vice President of Chinayong Group, Luan Liang, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Guan Hailong, General Manager of the Real Estate Business Division, and Zhao Fazhong, General Manager of the Planning Department to extend a warm welcome to Executive Vice Mayor Zhao Rongguo and his delegation, and the latter held a symposium in the VIP Hall of the Group's headquarters.

Zhao Rongguo stated that Mudanjiang, as a central city in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province, boasts distinct geographical advantages, abundant ecological resources, profound cultural heritage, and a solid industrial foundation, making it a city of hope with broad development prospects and great potential. Especially during the COVID-19 prevention and control period, the entire city united in solidarity to overcome hardships. With joint efforts, it fought four tough battles in succession, and organized a city-wide large-scale nucleic acid testing and screening campaign. As a result, Mudanjiang became one of the safest cities in China, which was fully affirmed and highly praised by the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and the Heilongjiang Provincial Government. At present, Mudanjiang is steadily and orderly advancing the resumption of work, production, business and market operations, ramping up investment promotion efforts, continuously optimizing the business environment, accelerating the recovery of production and living order, and gradually improving economic vitality. He hoped that enterprises would seize development opportunities, deepen and expand cooperation, attract more resources and strategic investors to Mudanjiang, build sustainable competitiveness, and jointly achieve greater development. The CPC Mudanjiang Municipal Committee and the Mudanjiang Municipal Government will strive to act as liaisons, information officers, frontline fighters, and service providers for enterprises, with a particular focus on the role of service providers.
